Acro Yoga Basics December Workshop

In this workshop, we focus on the absolute basics. Our emphasis is on the playful, energetic, so-called "solar" aspect of AcroYoga, with partner acrobatic elements at the center. However, we will also engage with the more relaxing part, known as Thai Yoga and therapeutic flying.

No prior experience is required. If several participants have previous experience, we will offer more advanced content tailored to them during the main part of the session.

You do not need to be particularly flexible or strong to practice AcroYoga. Whether you come with a partner or alone, you are warmly welcome.
