About this event
A weekend intensive on icarian with DuoAliento (Jenna and Andrea) at the AcroYoga Moves studio in Leiden. Saturday covers cartwheel pops and full handsprings and reverse handsprings; Sunday covers foot to foot and a closing sequence that combines icarian with whip pops.
Workshops run from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:00, with a potluck lunch in between. Suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners with some experience in pops and icarians, including straight throws. Taught in English.
The studio entrance is at the back of Oude Vest 43, through the Hazewindsteeg. Tickets from the organizer: full weekend 120 EUR (early bird 100 EUR until 1 October or for the first 10 tickets), single workshop 45 EUR.
