A 14 day, 100 hour AcroYoga teacher training by The Acro Way on a finca on the slopes of the Serra de Tramuntana near Selva, Mallorca. It covers L-basing, standing acro, whips, pops and icarian, spotting and safety, class design, Thai yoga massage and community building, on an outdoor acro space with tatamis, safety mattresses and a longe.
Lead teacher is Gabi (17 years of AcroYoga), together with Manas (flow, slackro, washing machines), an icarian and whips duo, a beginner acro duo and yoga sessions. It is an intermediate level training: 6 to 12 months of consistent practice, basing or flying bird, throne, star, side star and back plank, flow experience and a 30 second wall handstand. Accommodation and three vegetarian meals a day are included.
Tickets from the organizer (early bird): camping or shared dorm 1,300 EUR, shared glamping 1,400 EUR, private glamping 1,600 EUR, private bedroom 2,000 EUR. Prices rise by 100 EUR once the early bird spots are taken.
