Double Up

Hi! We are Double Up, also known as Flo & Lloydie. We are acro teachers currently based in Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia. We host weekly classes and jams, as well as monthly 3-hour workshops, and we host regular acro retreats, too. We mainly teach L-basing acro focused on creative sequences, precise technique, and smooth, seamless transitions. We like to meet all our students at their level and work with them in an organic, progressive and slow-paced manner to ensure long-term results.
