I'm Inga based in Hamburg currently teaching at the Center of Gravity and School of Movement in Hamburg. I've done 3 teacher trainings 2 with Vancityacro and Acroyoga Montreal Level 1. I do organise the ACE - Acro Community Event monthly in Hamburg it's a Jam with little Flow inspirations from teachers within the community as well as some Yoga, Thai Massage, Handstands or other inspiration to support the teachers in the community showing themselves as well as the community come together and grow. My style is same size flows, flying and basing as a hybrid. ;) Generally I'm a curious person. I like to explore countries, get to know new people and love to get to know my body in a new way. I played tennis (10 years) and volleyball (20 years) before I found Acroyoga. The past 5-6 years I fell in love with new movements like acroyoga, yoga, floorwork and movement in general. In class I like to focus on basic positions and refine them to make them feel easy. I value safety a lot while doing acro and lay a focus on spotting as well. I'm happy if my students are successful and try to encourage them to try something new in life.
